As we continue to expand our technology-driven manufacturing capabilities, we're looking for a Process Engineer, Technology to join our Global Operations team in Raynham, MA.\nThis is an exciting opportunity for an engineer who enjoys bringing new technologies from concept to production, driving continuous improvement, and making a real impact within a highly regulated medical device environment.\nThe Opportunity\nAs a Process Engineer, Technology, you will play a key role in developing, validating, and optimising manufacturing processes that support the production of innovative medical technologies. Working closely with cross-functional teams, you'll help ensure products are manufactured efficiently, safely, and to the highest quality standards.\nWhat You'll Be Doing\nLead the development, implementation, and optimisation of manufacturing processes for technology-based products.\nSupport the transfer of products from development into full-scale manufacturing.\nDesign, trial, validate, and launch new production processes.\nDrive process standardisation, automation, and operational excellence initiatives.\nManage product and process changes while ensuring patient safety, product quality, and regulatory compliance.\nMaintain Bills of Materials (BOMs) within systems such as Teamcenter and Sage.\nPerform process simulations, testing, and optimisation activities.\nLead Process Verification and Validation (PV/PQ) activities for new manufacturing technologies.\nApply root cause analysis, Lean, and Six Sigma methodologies to improve performance.\nConduct process risk assessments and PFMEA activities.\nLead continuous improvement projects focused on efficiency, quality, and CAPA resolution.\nCollaborate with suppliers and service providers to optimise manufacturing equipment and processes.\nPartner with New Product Introduction (NPI) teams to support Design for Manufacture (DFM) initiatives.\nCreate and maintain manufacturing documentation, technical records, and work instructions.\nEnsure compliance with ISO 13485, FDA 21 CFR Part 820, and GMP requirements.\nWhat We're Looking For\nEssential Qualifications & Experience\nBachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, Robotics Engineering, or a related discipline.\n2-5 years' experience in Process Engineering, Manufacturing Engineering, or Process Development within a regulated industry.\nExperience implementing and optimising manufacturing processes.\nUnderstanding of process verification and validation activities.\nKnowledge of Lean Manufacturing and Six Sigma methodologies.\nStrong problem-solving and root cause analysis skills.\nExperience developing standard operating procedures and manufacturing documentation.\nExcellent communication and stakeholder management skills.\nProficiency in Microsoft Office and engineering systems.\nDesirable Experience\nMedical device industry experience.\nKnowledge of ISO 13485 Quality Management Systems.\nFamiliarity with FDA 21 CFR Part 820 and Good Manufacturing Practice (GMP) requirements.\nExperience with CAD software such as SolidWorks or Siemens NX.\nKnowledge of electrical components and assembly processes.\nProject management experience.\nWhy Join Corin?\nAt Corin, you'll have the opportunity to work on technologies that directly improve patients' quality of life.
