With over 500 employees across seven sites, we're committed to quality, precision, and continuous improvement.\nDue to continued growth, we have an exciting opportunity for a Warehouse & Logistics Night Shift Manager to join our Global Supply Chain team.\nIn this role, you'll lead the Warehouse, Logistics and Shipping teams, ensuring the efficient flow of raw materials and finished products across the business. You'll be responsible for driving operational performance, inventory accuracy, compliance, team development and continuous improvement, while maintaining the highest standards of safety and quality.\nWorking closely with Supply Chain, Manufacturing, Quality, Customer Services and Finance, you'll play a key role in ensuring products are stored, managed and distributed effectively to support business and customer requirements.\nAs a Warehouse & Logistics Shift Manager you will be:\nLeading and developing Warehouse, Logistics and Shipping teams across the night shift.\nManaging staffing levels, attendance, rotas and resource planning to ensure operational requirements are met.\nCreating a flexible and multi-skilled workforce through effective training and development.\nSetting objectives, coaching team members and driving individual and team performance.\nMonitoring and analysing operational data to identify opportunities for continuous improvement.\nDeveloping and reporting on KPIs to drive performance, control costs and support departmental budgets.\nManaging stock control activities including stock takes, inventory accuracy and stock rotation.\nBuilding strong working relationships with logistics providers and key internal stakeholders.\nEnsuring shipping processes remain compliant with relevant regulations and legislation.\nDriving a strong health and safety culture, including near-miss reporting and risk reduction activities.\nLeading warehouse improvement projects and supporting cross-functional business initiatives.\nPromoting and sustaining 5S principles to maintain an organised, efficient and safe working environment.\nSupporting audits and ensuring compliance with Quality Management System (QMS), GMP and company procedures.\nThe ideal Warehouse & Logistics Shift Manager will have/be:\nExtensive experience in a warehouse, logistics, supply chain or distribution management role.\nProven people management experience leading teams of 10+ employees within a fast-paced operational environment.\nA strong, engaging and motivating leadership style with the ability to drive high performance.\nExcellent communication and stakeholder management skills, with experience working cross-functionally.\nStrong IT literacy and confidence using operational data to drive business decisions.\nExperience managing KPIs, workforce planning and continuous improvement initiatives.\nExcellent organisational and problem-solving skills with a proactive, hands-on approach.\nAbility to develop teams, manage performance and create a culture of accountability and engagement.\nIdeally completed, or working towards, a recognised leadership qualification such as ILM.\nExperience within a regulated manufacturing environment would be advantageous.\nWe offer great benefits for our Shift Managers, including:\nCompetitive salary of £41,200.00 + shift allowance + bonus\nComprehensive, flexible training programme tailored to your experience\n25 days holiday plus bank holidays\nPension contribution up to 9.7%\nPrivate healthcare with BUPA\nLife assurance (6x salary)\nEmployee referral bonus of up to £1,000\nAccess to a range of wellbeing and employee support initiatives\nIND007","description_format":"text","description_chars":3900,"description_truncated":false,"requirements":{"experience_years_min":null,"management_years_min":null,"team_size_min":10,"manages_managers":false,"education":null,"security_clearance":false,"languages":[]},"benefits":[],"hiring_locations":[],"hiring_excludes":[],"relocation_offered":false,"industries":["Logistics","Surgical Instruments & Devices","Medical & Healthcare Robotics","Orthopedic & Spine Implants"],"lifecycle":[{"event":"open","at":"2026-10-29T16:03:34Z"}],"visa":[{"country":"GB","licensed_sponsor":true,"evidence":"Licensed UK visa sponsor (Senior or Specialist Worker, Skilled Worker)","filings_12m":null,"filings_prev_12m":null,"green_card_filings_12m":null,"median_offered_wage_usd":null,"route":"Global Business Mobility: Senior or Specialist Worker;
