This role owns the product value roadmap and development priorities, ensuring alignment between market needs, clinical requirements, regulatory milestones, and engineering execution.\nWorking closely with Marketing, Engineering, and Quality & Regulatory, the Product Owner ensures the right product is delivered at the right time.\n\nThe key responsibilities of the Technology Product Owner are to:\nDefine and maintain product roadmap and feature backlog.\nTranslate customer, clinical, and business needs into product requirements and traceable User Stories with acceptance criteria.\nPrioritize development work in line with regulatory and commercial objectives.\nLead sprint backlog prioritization with Technical Project Manager.\nEnsure alignment of development milestones with regulatory submission plans.\nCoordinate post-market feedback integration for commercial products.\nOwn product-level cross-functional decision making (trade-offs, scope, timing).\nRepresent product progress and risks to executive leadership.\nPartner with other Product Owners and Systems Engineering to ensure system-level coherence.\nSupport risk management, design reviews, and technical investigations.\nFollow established procedures to ensure all system components, processes, and documentation meet relevant medical device regulations and standards (ISO 13485, IEC 62304 and U.S Title 21 CFR 820)\nSome domestic and/or international travel may be required to support clinical engagement and cross-site collaboration\n\nThe ideal Technology Product Owner will have:\nBachelor’s degree in product design or engineering\n5+ years of experience in a dynamic medical device product management role ideally in the orthopaedic field\nProven experience working as a product developer in a non-managerial role\nCSPO certification\nGood understanding of hardware and software engineering design principles\nStrong stakeholder engagement and cross-functional collaboration skills\nExceptional writing and editing skills combined with strong presentation and public speaking skills\nSelf-motivated with a strong sense of ownership and attention to quality\n\nThe pay range for this position is $105,000 - $140,000.
