The Product Manager spends their time in the field creating awareness, providing education, driving sales acceleration, executing new user on-boarding tactics, and driving safe and effective adoption of these platforms with surgeons, OR personnel, and Sales support to help create lasting Corin customer relationships. \n\nThe key responsibilities of the Technology Product Manager are to:\nAct as the clinical subject matter expert for Corin’s technology platforms and their use in the OR \nLead and facilitate clinical training on technologies through field demos, courses, cadaver labs to educate sales teams and surgeons \nCollaborate closely with Sales to drive sales acceleration, resulting in acquisition of new OPS and Apollo customers \nDevelop programs designed to successfully onboard new account stakeholders with Corin’s technology brands \nSupport customer engagement at industry trade show events \nLead the implementation of new Corin technology account deployments \nMaintain up-to-date knowledge of Corin’s standard operating procedures and policies and always ensure compliance \nMaintain up-to-date knowledge of industry trends, cutting-edge practices, current publications, and regulations \nEnsure company-related activities comply with relevant Acts, Codes, legal demands, and ethical standards \nConduct business relationships in a responsible and ethical manner to enhance and support the reputation and goodwill of the company \nMaintain a commitment to providing an exceptional experience for Corin’s surgeons. \nPp to 60% travel, primarily domestic\n\nThe ideal Technology Product Manager will have:\nBachelor's Degree required \n5 – 10 years related experience in the orthopedic device industry, preferably with robotic-assisted/technology-assisted surgery experience in the OR \nProven success within a downstream customer facing Marketing Team or Sales Team \nHighly developed business acumen and ability to liaise with high level surgeon opinion leaders \nExcellent organizational and prioritization skills \nProven record as a self-starter \nAbility to translate strategy into tactical and actionable plans \nExcellent listening skills, demonstrated customer service orientation and creative problem-solving capabilities \nDemonstrated ability to teach technology-based solutions in a clinical setting \nStrong relationship building and influencing skills \nWork collaboratively and independently in a cross-functional and team-oriented environment \nEnergetic, enthusiastic team player, able to succeed in a fast-paced dynamic organization \nWell-developed presentation skills, with ability to deliver material concisely to audiences with varied technical knowledge \nDemonstrated leadership skills in managing multiple projects successfully \nMicrosoft Office, Teams, Excel, and various and specialized software\nAbility and willingness to travel up to 60% of the time domestically\n\nThe base pay range for this position is $115,000-130,000.
