Your work will provide the digital foundation that supports the development of innovative biopharmaceutical solutions and the continued global growth of Coriolis Pharma.\nThis opportunity is ideal for a technology leader who combines strong technical expertise with strategic thinking and enjoys translating complex business requirements into sustainable technology solutions in a dynamic and innovation-driven environment.\nYour Responsibility\nDefine and execute the organization's infrastructure and enterprise architecture strategy.\nLead the Design and oversee the architecture of scalable, secure, and reliable IT systems.\nLead the management and optimization of cloud, network, server, storage, and virtualization environments.\nDevelop and maintain infrastructure architecture standards, policies, and governance frameworks.\nEnsure high availability, performance, and security of all infrastructure services.\nOversee disaster recovery planning, business continuity, and resilience initiatives.\nLead the design and management of end-user computing environments, including laptops, desktops and mobile devices.\nCollaborate with business stakeholders to translate business requirements into technical solutions.\nManage external vendors, service providers, and technology partners.\nWith our technology partners, provide strategic guidance on technology investments, infrastructure modernization and drive forthcoming projects.\nEnsure compliance with cybersecurity, data protection, and regulatory requirements.\nCommunicate complex architectural concepts effectively to both technical and non-technical audiences.\nWhat you need to succeed\n ExperienceBachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Information Systems, or a related field\n5+ years of experience in IT infrastructure, cloud services, enterprise architecture, or related leadership roles.\nDemonstrated experience managing complex infrastructure environments.\nExperience in governing outsourced Infrastructure and Architecture Services (IAS).\nExperience working with external service providers and vendors.\n Technical ExpertiseStrong knowledge of:\nEnterprise Architecture frameworks and methodologies\nCloud platforms (Azure)\nNetwork architecture and operations\nServer, storage, and virtualization technologies\nMicrosoft 365 and modern workplace technologies\nCybersecurity principles and best practices\nBackup, disaster recovery, and business continuity concepts\nIT governance and operational excellence\n Personal SkillsStrategic and analytical mindset\nExcellent communication and stakeholder management skills\nStrong leadership and decision-making abilities\nAbility to simplify complex technical topics\nStrong problem-solving skills\nFluent German and English (written and spoken)\nWhy to join Coriolis?\nLet’s formulate innovation together…Our success & development is created by the people working together @Coriolis.
