Working closely with the VP Product, you will deliver the product roadmap on a reliable, secure and scalable platform, with predictable delivery and disciplined cost management.\nAn early priority is consolidation: bringing three technology stacks and three development teams together into one unified platform and organisation, without disrupting customers.\nWhat you’ll do:\nLead, develop and retain a distributed technology team of 50+ people\nCreate a new technology operating model that reflect the company strategy and growth plans\nLead the consolidation of three technology stacks into one target architecture\nOwn the AI technical roadmap and model risk management approach\nDesign and embed modern, agile engineering, DevOps and AI-enabled delivery practices through a team of senior technology leaders\nOwn platform reliability, information security, resilience and certifications (ISO 27001, ISO 42001, SOC 2)\nRepresent Corlytics technology in major commercial opportunities, customer relationships and industry activities internationally.\nManage the technology budget and report to the CEO and Board\nWhat you’ll bring:\n12+ years in software engineering and technology leadership, including 5+ years as CTO, VP Engineering or equivalent in B2B SaaS\nExperience scaling engineering through growth (around €15m toward €50m ARR)\nHands-on leadership of a stack consolidation or platform migration\nExperience leading AI, ML or NLP products in production\nStrong grounding in security, resilience and regulated-buyer requirements\nCommercial mindset, sound
