The responsibilities of this role include production machine setup, troubleshooting, repairs, and preventive maintenance.\nApplicants should possess a love for technology and a wide range of mechanical and electrical skills. General electrical and mechanical knowledge are a requirement of this position.\nResponsibilities:\nPerforming mechanic skills including, but not limited to, mechanical, electrical, pneumatic, and hydraulic troubleshooting and repair\nProviding emergency and unscheduled repairs of production equipment and performing scheduled maintenance repairs of production equipment during machine service\nInstall, maintain, inspect and troubleshoot the repair of standard plumbing systems\nPreparing and setting up machinery for scheduled production runs\nComplying with OSHA Safety and Health rules\nPerforming other mechanical and electrical duties as assigned\nRequirements\nMinimum Qualifications:\nHigh School Diploma or equivalent\nAbility to read and interpret documents such as safety rules, operating and maintenance instructions, and procedure manuals\nTwo or more years of related experience in plant maintenance\nAbility to operate shop equipment including welder, drill press, lathe, mill, press brake, shear, and band saws\nPreferred Qualifications\nTwo or more years experience with electrical and mechanical production-line maintenance\nGeneral Physical Requirements for Data Center Operations\nAbility to walk extensive distances and negotiate uneven terrain when necessary\nAbility to work in noisy environments with variable temperatures\nAbility to operate hand tools and equipment\nAbility to reach and stretch to position equipment and fixtures\nAbility to manipulate small wires and switchers\nAbility to apply muscular force to equipment and fixtures\nAbility to push or pull heavy objects into position\nAbility to manually lift up to 50 pounds\nNOTE: This job description is not intended to be all-inclusive.
