Manage the preventative/predictive maintenance and Maintenance Work Order Systems. The ability to create and manage budgets related to Capital equipment, repair, maintenance and labor, while also responsible for overseeing daily facility functions.\nDuties & Responsibilities:\nResponsible for engineering, design, and modification/installation of existing and/or new (capital) equipment including industrial Automation Systems.\nDevelop and manage the plant Capital and Capacity plans ensuring on time and within budget.\nHire, train and manage Engineers and Engineer Techs, to assist in process improvements.\nOversee construction and repair projects. \nDevelop and maintain Total Product Maintenance Program In alignment with Cornerstone Production Systems Maintenance Pillar.\nResponsible for driving continuous improvement in Key Maintenance Metrics through:Accurate data capture and reporting through CMMS.\nPreventive Maintenance program for applicable equipment and machinery\nManage the work order system and Ensuring work requests are completed in a timely fashion. \nAccurate and appropriate spare parts inventory\n\nAdjusts maintenance programs to insure conformance with insurance policy requirements. \nPrepare budgets and secure estimates and cost quotes as needed. \nSupport the plant achieving budgeted labor efficiency MPO/UPMH.\nProvide technical support to ensure the factory is operating Safely, at the highest quality level and lowest possible cost.\nParticipates in interplant cross-functional teams to resolve complex technical problems.\nCoach, counsel, and manage performance of direct reports. \nResponsible for communicating daily with all levels of employees to assist in resolving problems and achieving company goals. \nLeads by example and imposes all safety and operational procedures; promote and ensure a safe working environment in compliance with company and regulatory standards by coaching and guiding associates on safety procedures and maintain compliance with established policies and procedures.\n BS Degree in Engineering\n5-8+ years of experience in an Engineering Management role\n3+ years people management experience\nTotal Productive Maintenance (TPM) experience is required.\nExperience with Industrial Automation is required.\nCertification by ASQ as a CQE, CQA, or CQM considered highly desirable.\nLean skills including Kaizen, Standardized Work, VSM and Six Sigma Green Belt is required, Black belt certification is a plus.\nKnowledgeable in Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Teams and CMMS\nStrong data analysis skills\nComfortable working in a fast-paced environment.\nEffective communication and people management skills\n All your information will be kept confidential according to EEO guidelines.\nWhy work for Cornerstone Building Brands?\nOur teams are at the heart of our purpose to positively contribute to the communities where we live, work and play.
