This role supports efficient operation of the extrusion production line by ensuring finished products meet customer specifications and company requirements.\nDuties and responsibilities\nInspect extruded products for defects and overall quality.\nPack finished products according to customer specifications, packaging instructions, and company standards.\nApply labels and product identification accurately.\nEnsure correct quantities are packed and documented.\nMonitor product appearance and promptly report quality concerns to the operator, team lead, or supervisor. \nMaintain a clean and organized work area in accordance with 5S.\n Follow all safety procedures, including proper use of personal protective equipment (PPE).\nAssist with material handling, palletizing, wrapping, and moving finished goods.\nWork effectively with extrusion operators, quality personnel, and team members to achieve production goals.\nIdentify and communicate equipment, product, or safety issues to supervision.\nPerform other related duties as assigned.\n High School Diploma or equivalent preferred.\nPrevious manufacturing, warehouse, or packing experience preferred.\nAbility to read and understand work instructions, labels, and production documentation.\nBasic math skills for counting, measuring, and recording production data.\nAbility to work in a fast-paced manufacturing environment.\nStrong attention to detail and committed to quality. \nPhysical Requirements\nStand and walk for extended periods.\nFrequently bend, reach, lift, and move materials.\nAbility to lift up to 50 pounds.\nAbility to work safely around production equipment and machinery.\nSite Location: 1 Silverline Dr. North Brunswick Township, NJ 08902\nAll your information will be kept confidential according to EEO guidelines.\nWhy work for Cornerstone Building Brands?\nOur teams are at the heart of our purpose to positively contribute to the communities where we live, work and play.
