This position is responsible for maintaining accurate inventory levels by conducting routine cycle counts, reconciling discrepancies, and supporting overall inventory control efforts. This role ensures proper material flow and availability for production while adhering to company policies and quality standards in a light industrial manufacturing environment.\nKey Responsibilities\nMonitor inventory levels of stock parts, forecast their usage, and place orders to maintain sufficient inventory to meet customer demands\nCommunicate with other branches to request inventory transfers and manage incoming requests.\nCoordinate daily cycle counts and troubleshoot quantity discrepancies\nEnter data for quantities of parts issued and transferred between locations, inventory and cycle count adjustments, into computer database.\nReceive and issue finished goods into computer database.\nPrepare monthly reports for cycle count and aged inventory.\nPrepare and lead the semiannual physical inventory.\nComplete other purchasing and administrative tasks as assigned.\n Qualifications\n1-3 years of experience in inventory control, materials handling, or warehouse operations.\nFamiliarity with inventory management systems.\nStrong computer skills, including intermediate level functions within Excel\nStrong attention to detail and ability to work with numbers accurately.\nEffective problem-solving skills and ability to work independently.\nExcellent communication and teamwork skills.\nHigh school diploma or equivalent required; additional certifications in inventory control or supply chain preferred.\n Site Address: 1306 S.
