As a Maintenance Technician, you will have a direct and visible impact on plant productivity. Your ability to troubleshoot equipment, complete repairs, and build effective preventive maintenance practices helps keep production moving, minimizes downtime, and improves the reliability of the equipment our teams depend on every day.\nWe are looking for someone who takes real ownership of their work-someone who enjoys diagnosing problems, finding the root cause, and seeing the direct results of their efforts on the plant floor.
