For more information, visit us at http://cornerstonebuildingbrands.com.\n Pay: $25.50 - $30.50 per hour\nMaintenance Technician I is primarily an apprenticeship position with responsibilities including but not limited to, setting up equipment as needed, repairing equipment, and ordering replacement parts.\nSpecific Duties & Responsibilities:\nSupport manufacturing operations by responding to maintenance calls and completing simple repairs\nTroubleshoot all equipment in a timely manner - call for additional support on complex problems\nLearn and support manufacturing equipment recipe changes and control adjustments\nUnderstand and maintain/adjust basic drive train and power train components\nPerform simple to complex mechanical Preventative Maintenance Tasks following instructions\nStart up and shut down equipment per established procedures and schedules\nEnter all work completed in computer-based maintenance program\nMonitor and report spare parts usage including completing parts order forms\n 18 years or older\nHigh school diploma or equivalent\nIn progress of obtaining an Associate Degree in related field desired\nMinimum 0-2 years’ experience in a manufacturing environment\nBasic knowledge in mechanical repairs and troubleshooting techniques\nProficient in Word and Excel\nMust be willing to attend training sessions as needed, including out of state locations\nBasic understanding of electrical safety and motor control circuits\nBasic understanding of electrical principles such as voltage, current and resistance\nFamiliar with electrical measurement devices(voltage meters, micrometers)\nBasic knowledge of pneumatic systems\nAbility to use windows based software programs\nAbility to express verbal and written communication skills\nDemonstrate problem-solving skills\nPossess strong work ethic and knowledge of simple troubleshooting.\nSkilled in following directives of more senior level technicians and/or Supervision\nPrefer some level of basic metal fabrication and welding experience\nKnowledge of and experience with proper Lock-Out, Tag-Out procedures\nFlexible and willing to work various maintenance shifts\n Site Address: 2019 E.
