SCOPE OF ROLE
A Production Scheduler plays a crucial role in manufacturing and production environments, ensuring that workflows are optimized and deadlines are met. The Production Scheduler is responsible for planning, coordinating, and managing production schedules to ensure efficient operations. They work closely with various departments, including production, logistics, and procurement, to streamline processes and meet customer demands.
KEY OBJECTIVES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
- Production Planning: Develop and maintain production schedules based on demand forecasts and resource availability.
- Workflow Coordination: Ensure smooth operations by aligning production activities with inventory and supply chain needs.
- Monitoring & Adjustments: Track production progress, identify bottlenecks, and adjust schedules as needed.
- Collaboration: Work with production teams, suppliers, and management to optimize efficiency.
- Data Analysis & Reporting: Maintain records, analyze production trends, and generate reports for management.
- Compliance & Quality Control: Ensure adherence to industry regulations and company standards
REQUIRED KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS, AND ABILITIES
- Organizational Skills: Ability to manage multiple schedules and prioritize tasks effectively
- Analytical Thinking: Strong problem-solving skills to optimize production workflows
- Technical Proficiency: Experience with scheduling software and production management tools
- Communication Skills: Ability to coordinate with different teams and stakeholders

The US base salary range for this full-time position is $26 - $33 / hour + medical, dental, vision benefits starting day 1 + 401k and PTO. Our salary ranges are determined by role, level, and location. Individual pay is determined by work location and additional factors, including job-related skills, experience, and relevant education or training.
