The ideal candidate will bring a strong passion for recruiting, excellent Spanish-English bilingual communication skills, and the ability to perform effectively in a fast-paced, high-volume environment.\nLocation address:\nRogelio Gonzalez Caballero #600\nParque Industrial Stiva Aeropuerto,\nMonterrey, NLE 66600, MEX\nWHAT YOU’LL DO \nCollaborate with hiring managers to understand staffing needs and develop effective recruitment strategies.\nSource candidates through various channels, including job boards, social media, networking events, third party partners, and employee referrals.\nScreen applicants and conduct interviews to assess qualifications, experience, and cultural fit.\nCoordinate interview scheduling and maintain clear, timely communication with candidates throughout the hiring process.\nConduct reference checks and background screenings in compliance with local regulations.\nExtend job offers and negotiate employment terms with candidates.\nBuild and maintain a proactive pipeline of candidates for current and future hiring needs.\nStay informed about industry trends and best practices in recruitment and talent acquisition.\nDesign, execute, and track mass recruitment campaigns for operational positions, ensuring a steady flow of qualified candidates to fill high volumes of vacancies on time.\nManage and keep active a robust candidate pipeline for high-turnover operational profiles, guaranteeing immediate availability during peak staffing demand.\nManage full-cycle recruitment for both operational (high-volume) and professional (white-collar) positions.\nEstablish and activate staffing agencies, specialized job boards, technical training centers, trade unions, and industrial sector communities to secure permanent sources of operational talent.\nDevelop and implement early-stage retention strategies in collaboration with operations to reduce first 90-day turnover.\nMonitor and analyze turnover metrics by department, shift, and role, adjusting sourcing strategies proactively.\nPartner with supervisors and plant leadership to identify root causes of turnover and improve onboarding and integration process.\nManage external staffing vendors, including negotiating SLAs, rates, and quality expectations to ensure consistent delivery during demand peaks.\nWHAT YOU’LL NEED \nRequired Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field (or equivalent work experience).\n5+ years of experience as a recruiter in full-life cycle recruiting, preferably in manufacturing or industrial environments.\nStrong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to build relationships across all levels.\nProficiency in Spanish and English (written and verbal).\nAbility to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities.\nAbility to prioritize tasks and manage multiple recruitment projects simultaneously.\nDetail-oriented and highly organized, with a commitment to accuracy and efficiency.\nExperience using applicant tracking systems (ATS) and HR technologies.\nWorking knowledge of Mexican labor laws and hiring practices.\nCreative problem-solving skills and a proactive approach to recruitment challenges.\nAbility to handle confidential information with discretion.\nPrior experience working in or managing recruitment agencies, with in-depth knowledge of their operational models, key metrics, and industry’s best practices.\nProven experience in high-volume recruitment of operational profiles in the industrial or manufacturing sector, with emphasis on roles such as welders, boilermakers, general laborers, forklift operators, material handlers, and similar positions.\nAdaptability to perform under volume pressure and tight timelines while maintaining process quality and a positive candidate experience.\n Knowledge of the regional metalworking and industrial labor market, including competitive salary ranges, scarce profiles, talent sourcing zones, and peak periods of candidate competition.\nExperience with internal employee referral programs as a low-cost, high-effectiveness sourcing channel for operational profiles in manufacturing environments.\nAbility to analyze turnover data (by shift, area, tenure, and profile) and translate findings into concrete preventive recruitment actions, moving beyond reactive, urgency-driven hiring.\nPHYSICAL REQUIREMENTS\nMust be able to work in a manufacturing environment and walk through production areas.\nSALARY EXPECTATIONS\nMonthly SalaryMinimum - 40,000 pesos\nMaximum - 55,000 pesos\n\n Why work for Cornerstone Building Brands?\nOur teams are at the heart of our purpose to positively contribute to the communities where we live, work and play. In addition to base compensation, this position is eligible to recieve up to 5% annual bonus.
