For more information, visit us at http://cornerstonebuildingbrands.com.\n JOB DETAILS\nDay Shift: Mon- Thursday 5 am - 3:30 pm\nPay starting at $21.50 per hour\nDUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES\nThe Harvey Spray Painter is responsible for preparing surfaces, mixing and applying paint or coatings, and ensuring high-quality finishes on products, equipment, or structures. This role requires strong attention to detail, knowledge of painting equipment, and adherence to safety and environmental regulations.\nPrepare surfaces for painting by cleaning, sanding, masking, or priming.\nMix paints, coatings, and materials according to specifications and product requirements.\nOperate spray guns, booths, and related painting equipment safely and efficiently.\nApply paint or coatings evenly to achieve a high-quality, durable finish.\nInspect completed work for accuracy, quality, and consistency.\nMaintain and clean tools, equipment, and paint booths.\nFollow all safety protocols, including use of PPE and ventilation systems.\nEnsure proper handling, storage, and disposal of paints, chemicals, and hazardous materials.\nKeep accurate records of materials used and jobs completed.\nReport any equipment malfunctions or quality issues to supervisors.\nAdditional overtime as required with notice, typically limited to Monday-Friday\n Required Qualifications and Skills:\nBeing able to work as needed in a group and individual setting\nAbility to visually inspect parts and distinguish between conforming and nonconforming parts per guidelines\nAbility to make decisions by self and support with documentation\nEffective written and verbal communication skills with team members, departments, and vendors\nStrong organization skills\nAbility to multi-task and manage stressful situations\nAble to prioritize tasks in an efficient manner in order to meet deadlines\nAbility to perform mathematical calculations as necessary\nStrong commitment toward quality, safety, and continuous improvement\nPreferred: Knowledge of Window Quality specifications\nPreferred: Knowledge of Home Construction\nEducation & Experience Requirements:\nHigh School Diploma or General Education Degree (GED).\n2 - 5 years Quality/MFG experience in a non-electronics/non-food setting\nExperience using Measuring Equipment (Tape Measure and Calipers required)\nBasic knowledge in use of inspection equipment and reading technical drawings\nBasic knowledge of quality systems and tolerances (+/-, passible defects, etc)\nStrong aptitude in process improvement and problem solving\nStrong computer skills (Microsoft Word and Excel)\nMust be able to read, write, and speak English at an intermediate level\n Site Address: 30 Jacks Bridge Rd., Londonderry, NH 03053\nWhy work for Cornerstone Building Brands?\nOur teams are at the heart of our purpose to positively contribute to the communities where we live, work and play.
