This role is suited for an experienced program or project management professional who can drive cross-functional enablement initiatives, coordinate global stakeholders, and deliver scalable learning and readiness programs for employees, customers, and partners. The role involves managing enablement programs end to end, coordinating training and certification initiatives, supporting product launch readiness, and improving operational efficiency through process optimization, AI, and automation.\nThe successful candidate will collaborate closely with Product, Customer Success, Sales, Learning, Operations, and other stakeholders to ensure effective program execution and measurable business impact. In this role you will… Program Management Enablement Delivery Own the planning, coordination, execution, and delivery of enablement programs from initiation through completion. Manage internal, customer, and partner enablement initiatives aligned with business objectives and organizational priorities.\nDevelop and coordinate role-based readiness journeys to improve product knowledge, adoption, and workforce readiness. Coordinate training, learning, and certification programs to support employee, customer, and partner development. Manage program timelines, milestones, deliverables, dependencies, risks, and stakeholder communications.\nTrack program progress, identify potential delivery challenges, and implement corrective actions to ensure successful outcomes. Maintain program documentation, status reports, and performance metrics to provide visibility into progress and business impact. Manage multiple initiatives simultaneously while balancing competing priorities and evolving business requirements.\nCross-Functional Collaboration Product Readiness Collaborate with Product, Customer Success, Sales, Learning, Operations, and other teams to align enablement activities with business needs. Coordinate enablement initiatives supporting product launches, strategic programs, and organizational changes. Engage global stakeholders to gather requirements, establish priorities, and ensure alignment on program objectives and deliverables.\nFacilitate stakeholder discussions, communicate progress, and proactively address risks, dependencies, and execution challenges. Support the development and implementation of scalable enablement practices that improve readiness across employees, customers, and partners. Gather stakeholder feedback and identify opportunities to enhance learning experiences and program effectiveness.\nEnsure enablement initiatives are delivered consistently across regions and functions. Build strong working relationships with cross-functional teams to drive accountability and achieve shared outcomes. You’ve got what it takes if you have… 3-5+ years of relevant experience in program management, project management, or cross-functional initiative delivery, subject to the approved job description and role leveling.\nExperience managing projects or programs end to end, including planning, execution, stakeholder coordination, and performance tracking. Strong stakeholder management, communication, and organizational skills. Experience coordinating multiple initiatives, timelines, deliverables, and competing priorities.\nAbility to collaborate effectively with global teams and stakeholders across different functions. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to identify risks, resolve challenges, and drive continuous improvement. Experience maintaining project plans, status reports, documentation, and program performance metrics.\nAbility to translate business requirements into actionable program plans and deliver measurable outcomes. Strong attention to detail, accountability, and the ability to work independently in a dynamic environment. Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to engage both technical and non-technical stakeholders.\nAdaptability and a proactive approach to managing ambiguity and changing business priorities. Preferred Qualifications Experience in learning and development, customer education, SaaS/product enablement, or change management. Exposure to training programs, certification initiatives, product launches, or customer and partner readiness programs.\nFamiliarity with learning management systems (LMS), digital learning platforms, or enablement technologies. Experience working in a global, technology-driven, or product-based organization. Exposure to AI tools, workflow automation, and process improvement initiatives.\nExperience using project management, reporting, and collaboration tools to coordinate programs and monitor outcomes. Familiarity with data-driven decision-making, performance measurement, and continuous improvement practices.
