Flexible schedule based on school schedule.\n\n Hybrid model: 3 days in the Leiden office, 2 days working from home.\n\n Ideal start date: January or February 2027\n\nKey Responsibilities\n\n support the distribution team in the day-to-day management and auditing of all distribution channels\n\n assist in the implementation and documentation of distribution updates and commercial or system changes.\n\n ensure accurate inventory, rates, and availability across all connected channels\n\n loading rates across various distribution systems\n\n help prepare commercial reports and data for inclusion in management presentations\n\n carry out ad hoc administrative and analytical tasks for the distribution team\n\nQualifications / skills\n\n available for five or more months\n\n a student currently enrolled in a Hospitality, Tourism, or related program\n\n analytical thinking\n\n fluent in English, spoken and written.
