Strong hands-on experience with advanced integration patterns including parallelization, chunking, streaming architectures, asynchronous orchestration, and XSLT 3.0.\nExperience integrating Workday with external systems using REST and SOAP web services. Acted as a primary technical point of contact, translating business requirements into scalable integration solutions. Proven ability to provide technical leadership through design guidance, code reviews, and mentoring of junior consultants.\nExperience collaborating with HR, Payroll, Security, and IT teams to resolve integration issues and optimize workflows. Strong stakeholder communication skills, including technical walkthroughs, RCA documentation, and status reporting. You’ve Got What It Takes If You Have: Workday Expertise Advanced expertise in Workday Studio for complex inbound and outbound integrations.\nStrong hands-on experience with Workday Core HCM and deep integration exposure. Extensive experience with Workday Integrations, including: Workday Core Connectors Custom Studio-based integrations External REST and SOAP endpoint integrations Strong expertise in Workday Reporting to support integration and downstream data needs.
