具有至少一个从开发、打样验证到试产或量产导入的完整项目经历，能清楚说明本人贡献。\n3. 有机械、电子、产品、项目管理等研发经历者优先。\n4. 能阅读所负责品类的 BOM、图纸及技术规格，理解材料、关键工艺和质量要求; 熟悉精密结构件、机电组件、电子或光学等至少一个相关品类。\n5. 具备 BOM 成本分析、报价拆解和供应风险判断能力，能用数据推动选型优化及成本改善，不仅依赖压价或询价比较。\n6. 熟悉供应商开发、样件验证、工程变更及量产移交流程;
