The Data Validation & Analytics Expert supports this transformation by validating that the correct data is transferred during ERP deployments for Req to Pay (RTP) and by improving how deployment data is analyzed, interpreted, and reported.\nThis role works closely with the ERP transformation data team, business leads, and key stakeholders to verify data accuracy, completeness, and alignment across deployment activities. The role combines hands-on data validation, profiling, cleansing, and analysis with the development of dashboards, reporting, and practical AI-enabled approaches that improve deployment readiness and business decision-making.\nKey Responsibilities:\nValidate that RTP data is accurately transferred during ERP deployment activities\n\nPartner with the ERP transformation data team, business leads, and users to confirm data requirements, validation criteria, priorities, and status updates\n\nCollect data from primary and secondary sources and maintain relevant databases, files, and data systems that support validation and analysis activities\n\nDevelop and implement data collection processes, validation methods, and other strategies that improve data quality, consistency, and efficiency\n\nFilter, cleanse, and review data using reports, reconciliations, and performance indicators to identify issues and improve reliability\n\nPerform data profiling to identify, investigate, and understand anomalies, gaps, inconsistencies, and data transfer risks\n\nMine and analyze large data sets to draw valid conclusions and support deployment and business decision-making\n\nUse statistical and analytical tools to interpret data sets, with attention to trends, patterns, and insights that may support diagnostic or predictive analytics efforts\n\nDevelop dashboards, graphs, visualizations, exception reporting, and reconciliation tools that enable quicker and more effective data analysis\n\nApply AI-enabled approaches, where appropriate, to support faster issue identification, pattern detection, and insight generation across validation activities\n\nTranslate validation and analytical findings into clear updates, recommendations, and reporting for management and stakeholders\n\nProactively identify trends, risks, and business improvement opportunities and make recommendations to stakeholders\n\nContribute to stronger data quality, lower deployment risk, and more reliable RTP process outcomes across the ERP transformation\n\nRequired Qualifications:\nEducation: Bachelor's degree in IT, Science, or Business\n\n5+ years' experience in the following;\n\nExperience in data validation, data analysis, ERP data support, or transformation-related roles\n\nStrong ability to analyze complex data and identify inconsistencies, anomalies, gaps, and quality issues\n\nExperience supporting ERP deployments, data migration, or system implementation activities\n\nUnderstanding of RTP processes and related business data\n\nExperience developing dashboards, reports, validation tools, or analytical methods to improve data review and decision-making\n\nExperience working with data profiling, cleansing, reconciliation, and trend analysis\n\nAbility to work effectively with technical teams, business stakeholders, and management\n\nStrong problem-solving skills, attention to detail, and follow-through\n\nStrong written and verbal communication skills\n\nPreferred Qualifications:\nExperience with SAP S/4HANA or similar ERP platforms\n\nExperience supporting RTP data validation, migration, or deployment readiness activities\n\nFamiliarity with enterprise data quality, statistical analysis, reconciliation, or validation methods\n\nExperience using AI, automation, or advanced analytics to improve data analysis processes (Databricks)\n\nExperience working in cross-functional global transformation programs\n\nWhy This Role Matters\nThis role helps protect deployment quality by ensuring RTP data is transferred accurately and reliably during ERP go-lives while improving how quickly and effectively deployment data can be analyzed and used.
