This individual contributor position plays a crucial part in ensuring efficient and high-quality operational support for our global team. The ideal candidate will have strong project management expertise, hands-on experience in UK logistics, the ability to collaborate across international teams and timezones and will speak Madarin Chinese fluently.\nYour playground:\nManage 2B order processing from creation to fulfillment to ensure timely and secure deliveries, and be the main in-house contact point for our 2B customers.\n\nManage the implementation of third-party logistics (3PL) partnerships for warehouses within the UK, including process integration.\n\nContinuously improve UK logistics and warehouse operations by monitoring performance and refining processes to increase efficiency and reduce costs.\n\nOversee daily warehouse operations, including inbound and outbound shipments and inventory management.\n\nTroubleshoot operational challenges such as inventory discrepancies and shipping delays, maintaining effective communication with stakeholders.\n\nAnalyze logistics and operational data to identify areas for improvement.\n\nCollaborate with other teams such as sales, customer service, and supply chain teams as well as our Chinese headquarter and global business headquarter in the USA to align operations with business needs.\n\nProvide data insights and reports on UK logistics and warehouse performance to support decision-making.\n\nLead, mentor, and develop our Operations & Return Specialist UK.\n\nWhat to bring to the starting line\nProfessional Background\nExperience: 5+ years of experience in operations, order fulfillment, or supply chain within the UK market, ideally in a fast-paced environment, including experience with 3PL partnerships for warehouses..\n\nEducation: Bachelor's degree in Logistics Management, Supply Chain Management, International Trade, Finance, or a related field preferred.\n\nKey competencies: Highly organized, proactive, and detail-oriented, with the ability to solve complex operational challenges independently and communicate clearly and concisely.\n\nOperational skills: Strong problem-solving and multitasking abilities, with a proven track record of translating operational data into practical process improvements.\n\nOther Key Requirements\nLanguage: Fluency in Business English and Mandarin Chinese (written and spoken) to support close communication with our headquarters in China.\n\nBrand fit: Sports enthusiasm and genuine excitement to help us elevate sports performance for everyday and elite athletes through technology.\n\nTeam spirit: A strong team player with a high sense of responsibility and willingness to support colleagues when needed.\n\nLeadership drive: Excitement to step into a first people leadership role\n\nWorking time flexibility: The willingness to attend occiasional early morning or late afternoon meetings that come with our global setup and coordinating projects across different time zones.\n\nThe Setup\nReporting Line: Country Manager UK\n\nLocation: Onsite with some hybrid flexibility, within a reasonable daily commuting distance of our Skipton office, extending as far as Manchester.
