Your role What you'll be doing Role Responsibilities The responsibilities of the role will include: · Managing the day-to-day relationship with assigned clients, hotel partners, and internal stakeholders. · Serving as a secondary relationship lead for Japan Airlines, building trust through responsive communication, regular performance reviews, and proactive issue management. · Partnering with Operations and hotel suppliers to ensure reliable delivery of crew accommodation services and timely resolution of operational concerns. · Coordinating internal teams to manage escalations, system issues, implementation activities, and ongoing service enhancements. · Developing, negotiating, executing, and renewing hotel agreements in line with client needs and commercial objectives. · Monitoring hotel contracts, rates, supplier performance, and compliance with agreed requirements. · Analyzing operational, financial, and service data to identify trends, risks, savings opportunities, and areas for continuous improvement. · Preparing client presentations, performance reports, savings analyses, meeting materials, and business-review materials. · Ensuring hotel contracts, rates, and operational re
