Financial Planning & Analysis - P1 - INDWhat you'll be doing\nJob Description\nRole: AI Solutions Analyst - Process Excellence and Intelligence\nPurpose of the Role\nWe are looking for an AI Solutions Analyst to support the Process Excellence and Intelligence team in building AI agents, automations, and reporting solutions that reduce manual effort across FP&A, Sales Compensation, Power BI, Salesforce, and recurring operational processes.\nThe role will focus on identifying repetitive manual activities, converting them into AI-assisted or fully automated workflows, and building secure, scalable solutions using Microsoft Copilot Studio, Chat GPT, Power Platform, Python, Excel automation, Power BI, Salesforce, and related tools.\nKey Responsibilities\nBuild AI agents for recurring business processes.\nAutomate manual FP&A and Sales Compensation tasks using Python, Power Automate, Excel macros, Office Scripts, and APIs.\nCreate agents that can answer questions from SharePoint files, Excel trackers, policy documents, process SOPs, and reporting repositories.\nDevelop workflows for recurring reports, stakeholder reminders, data validation, approval routing, and exception tracking.\nIntegrate agents and automations with Excel, Power BI, SharePoint, Outlook, Teams, Salesforce, and other business systems.\nBuild validation scripts for sales compensation calculations, quota attainment checks, payout exception checks, and data reconciliation.\nSupport Power BI and Salesforce report enhancement by automating data preparation and issue tracking.\nDesign human-in-the-loop approvals for sensitive outputs such as compensation calculations, financial commentary, or stakeholder communications.\nDocument processes, automation logic, data lineage, controls, and support procedures.\nTrack automation benefits including manual hours saved, error reduction, cycle-time improvement, and adoption.\nRequired Skills\nHands-on experience with Microsoft Copilot Studio, Power Automate, Power Apps, or Power Platform.\nStrong Python skills, especially Pandas, openpyxl, Excel file handling, data validation, and automation.\nStrong Excel skills including formulas, Power Query, macros/VBA, and data modelling.\nExperience with APIs, JSON, REST services, and connectors.\nExperience working with Power BI datasets, reports, refreshes, or dataflows.\nUnderstanding of Salesforce data objects, reports, dashboards, or integrations.\nStrong knowledge of prompt engineering and AI output validation.\nAbility to translate business requirements into automation workflows.\nGood documentation and stakeholder communication skills.\nPreferred Skills\nExperience with finance, FP&A, sales operations, or sales compensation processes.\nKnowledge of Microsoft Graph API.\nExperience with Dataverse or SQL.\nFamiliarity with Azure AI, Azure Functions, Logic Apps, or Azure OpenAI.\nExposure to RPA or UI automation.\nUnderstanding of governance, DLP, security roles, and access controls.\nData Science, Statistics knowledge will be added advantage.\nAbout Corpay\nAbout Corpay\nCorpay is a global technology organization that is leading the future of commercial payments with a culture of innovation that drives us to constantly create new and better ways to pay.
