# Compliance Analyst

Your role What you'll be doing What We Need Corpay is currently looking to hire a Compliance Analyst within our Alpha FX division. This position falls under our Cross Borders line of business and is located in Malta. In this role, you will support the Compliance Officer in overseeing regulatory compliance matters for Alpha FX Europe Limited, part of the Corpay Cross-Border division, which operates under both an Investment Services Licence and a Financial Institutions Licence issued by the Malta Financial Services Authority (MFSA). You will report directly to the Compliance Officer; the role will involve conducting testing under the Compliance Monitoring Programme (CMP), providing second-line oversight of MiFID II client classification, supporting complaints handling and triage, and performing regulatory analysis. The role will also involve occasional support with regulatory reporting obligations.
