This internship offers hands-on exposure to building AI-assisted solutions, automations, dashboards, and reporting tools that reduce manual work across FP&A, Sales Compensation, Power BI, Salesforce, and other business processes.\nWorking under the guidance of senior team members, the intern will help identify repetitive activities, support the development of automated workflows, validate data, and document processes using tools such as Microsoft Copilot Studio, Power Platform, Python, Excel, Power BI, and Salesforce.\nKey Responsibilities\nSupport the development and testing of AI agents for recurring business processes.\nAssist in automating manual tasks using Python, Power Automate, Excel macros, Office Scripts, and APIs.\nHelp create AI-enabled solutions that retrieve information from SharePoint files, Excel trackers, policy documents, SOPs, and reporting repositories.\nSupport recurring report preparation, stakeholder reminders, data validation, approval tracking, and exception management.\nAssist with integrations across Excel, Power BI, SharePoint, Outlook, Teams, and Salesforce.\nHelp build and test validation checks for sales compensation calculations, quota attainment, payout exceptions, and data reconciliation.\nSupport Power BI and Salesforce reporting enhancements, including data preparation and issue tracking.\nParticipate in testing AI-generated outputs and ensure results are accurate, complete, and aligned with business requirements.\nAssist in documenting workflows, automation logic, process steps, data sources, controls, and user guides.\nTrack automation outcomes such as manual effort saved, error reduction, cycle-time improvement, and user adoption.\nWork closely with business stakeholders and team members to understand requirements and support continuous process improvement.\nRequired Skills\nCurrently pursuing or recently completed a degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Data Science, Business Analytics, Engineering, Finance, or a related field.\nBasic understanding of Python, particularly data handling using Pandas or Excel file automation.\nGood Excel skills, including formulas, pivot tables, data validation, and reporting.\nBasic knowledge of Power BI, Power Automate, Power Apps, or Microsoft Power Platform.\nUnderstanding of APIs, JSON, or REST services is preferred.\nInterest in AI tools, prompt engineering, automation, and process improvement.\nStrong analytical and problem-solving skills.\nAbility to learn new tools quickly and work with structured data.\nGood communication and documentation skills.\nAttention to detail, especially when working with financial or operational data.\nPreferred Skills\nExposure to Microsoft Copilot Studio, ChatGPT, or other AI tools.\nBasic knowledge of Power Query, VBA, Office Scripts, or SQL.\nFamiliarity with Salesforce reports, dashboards, or data objects.\nKnowledge of SharePoint, Teams, or Outlook integrations.\nExposure to finance, FP&A, sales operations, or sales compensation processes.\nUnderstanding of data security, access controls, and responsible AI practices.\nKnowledge of statistics or data science concepts will be an added advantage.\nWhat You Will Gain\nPractical experience in AI automation, reporting, and process excellence.\nExposure to enterprise tools including Microsoft Power Platform, Power BI, Salesforce, and SharePoint.\nExperience working on real business processes in finance and sales operations.\nMentorship from experienced professionals in automation, analytics, and process improvement.\nOpportunity to contribute to measurable efficiency and quality improvements across the business.\nAbout Corpay\nAbout Corpay\nCorpay is a global technology organization that is leading the future of commercial payments with a culture of innovation that drives us to constantly create new and better ways to pay.
