This position falls under our International Vehicle Payments line of business and is located in Berlin, Germany. In this role, you will be responsible for acquiring, managing and developing Charge Point Operator (CPO) and roaming partners across Plugsurfing’s EV charging network. You will help expand network coverage, improve commercial conditions and ensure stable and efficient roaming operations. This is a commercially focused position combining partner management, purchasing and key account management. While the role includes developing the network in targeted markets, a significant focus will be placed on maintaining and strengthening the existing partner portfolio. You will regularly collaborate with Network Commercial, Operations, Finance, Product and Legal teams.\nHow We Work\nAs a Network Development Manager, Corpay will set you up for success by providing:\nAssigned workspace in our Berlin office\nCompany-issued equipment\nFormal, hands-on training and ongoing support\nRole Responsibilities\nAcquiring and onboarding new CPO and roaming partners to support the geographical expansion of the EV charging network\nManaging an assigned portfolio of existing partners and maintaining strong, productive commercial relationships\nNegotiating and renegotiating commercial terms, pricing structures and technical conditions with partners\nImproving partner pricing, service quality and operational performance\nPreparing, reviewing and negotiating commercial contracts in collaboration with Legal and other relevant stakeholders\nIdentifying priority markets and developing targeted partner-acquisition strategies\nMonitoring partner performance and identifying commercial and operational optimisation opportunities\nCollaborating with Operations and Product teams to maintain stable roaming operations and resolve partner-related issues\nSupporting contract management activities involving CPOs and roaming hubs\nCoordinating with Finance on commercial conditions, pricing arrangements and partner-related financial matters\nRepresenting Plugsurfing in regular discussions with CPOs, roaming hubs and strategic partners\nMaintaining accurate partner, contract and commercial information\nDelivering agreed commercial, network-development and operational outcomes\nContributing to the continued development of Plugsurfing’s roaming strategy and partner network\nQualifications & Skills\n5+ years of professional experience in partner management, business development, key account management or commercial network development\nFluency in German or French language is a required. English language skills on a professional level.\nExperience managing external partners and taking ownership of a partner or customer portfolio\nDemonstrated experience negotiating pricing, commercial terms and contracts\nStrong commercial judgement and the ability to balance pricing, network coverage, service quality and operational requirements\nExperience working independently and taking accountability for defined commercial outcomes\nStrong relationship-management and stakeholder-management skills\nAbility to collaborate effectively with Operations, Product, Finance and Legal teams\nStrong analytical skills, with the ability to monitor partner performance and identify opportunities for improvement\nExcellent communication, presentation and negotiation skills\nOrganised and structured approach to managing multiple partners, contracts and priorities\nExperience within EV charging, e-mobility, roaming, energy, mobility or another network-based industry would be highly advantageous\nFamiliarity with CPOs, e-mobility service providers and roaming hubs would be an advantage\nWillingness to travel occasionally for partner meetings and industry events, where required\nBenefits & Perks\nGym membership through Urban Sports Club \n2 Volunteering days per year \nAnnual leave: 28 days \n\nPay Transparency\nThe salary for this position is €68 000 to €75,000 gross per year.
