This position falls under our Payables line of business and is based in our London office. In this role you will be supporting the full lifecycle of M&A transactions - from initial enquiry and account opening through KYC, onboarding, completion and post-transaction administration. The role will be predominantly internal and non-client-facing, with a strong focus on Salesforce management, KYC administration, new account setup and ensuring transactions progress efficiently through each stage of the process. This is an excellent opportunity for someone early in their career who is highly organised, comfortable working with detail and keen to build an understanding of M&A, financial services and transaction execution. You will report directly to the Head of Institutional FX, EMEA and regularly collaborate with colleagues in the M&A team.\nHow We Work\nAs an Operations Analyst, Corpay will set you up for success by providing:\nAssigned workspace in the London office\nCompany-issued equipment\nFormal, hands-on training\nRole Responsibilities\nManaging and maintain transaction records in Salesforce, ensuring information is accurate, complete and up to date.\nCreating and manage KYC and onboarding cases for new clients and transactions.\nCoordinating new account opening requirements and track progress through internal approval processes.\nMaintaining deal checklists and monitor key actions, documentation and deadlines.\nSupporting the team from initial enquiry through onboarding, completion and post-transaction close-out.\nLiaising with internal teams including Compliance, Legal, Operations, Risk and Payments to help progress transactions.\nOrganising and maintain transaction documentation and internal records.\nTracking outstanding KYC information, account-opening requirements and internal dependencies.\nSupporting preparation of internal transaction summaries, payment information and completion documentation.\nAssisting with post-completion administration, reconciliation and closure of completed transactions.\nProducing basic reporting on pipeline, onboarding progress, completed transactions and outstanding actions.\nHelping improve processes and make the team's operational workflow more efficient as the business scales.\nQualifications & Skills\nExperience within financial services, banking, legal services, professional services or a similar environment.\nStrong organisational and administrative skills with excellent attention to detail.\nConfidence working with systems and maintaining accurate records.\nThe ability to manage several tasks and deadlines at the same time.\nGood written and verbal communication skills.\nA proactive approach and willingness to take ownership of tasks.\nAn interest in developing a career within financial services, M&A or transaction services.\nPrevious experience using Salesforce would be beneficial.\nKnowledge of M&A, KYC, payments, banking or escrow would also be advantageous, but is not required.\nBenefits & Perks\n4 X Life insurance\nPension scheme - 5% employer contribution\nPrivate Healthcare\n25 days Holiday (plus Holiday Buy/Sell)\nAccess to LinkedIn learning\nFree rewards and discounts via Gratitudes\nCareer Progression\nAbout Corpay\nAbout Corpay\nCorpay is a global technology organization that is leading the future of commercial payments with a culture of innovation that drives us to constantly create new and better ways to pay.
