You will collaborate closely with Project Management Team ensuring the optimal performance and integrity of our Cross-Border Salesforce environment.What you'll be doing\nRoles and Responsibilities:\nDesign and implement scalable Salesforce solutions across Sales Cloud, Service Cloud and other Salesforce products, for an Org with around 1100+ users. \nCollaborate with relevant stakeholders to understand the requirements and translate them into technical designs to ensure quality and alignment with enterprise standards.\nEnsure that technical documentation is created and updated for the operational and technical support of the CRM applications.\nBe an advocate of the system on behalf of the SF team and positively promote the system to the wider user community to aid Salesforce Adoption.\nDesign and develop custom integrations between Salesforce and external systems using REST APIs, Apex and other Integration tools.\nProvide production support, troubleshooting, and resolution for live systems to ensure high availability.\nStay updated on Salesforce platform enhancements and industry trends to guide long-term strategies.\nQualifications and Skills:\nMinimum of 4 - 5 years of experience as Salesforce Developer.\nStrong experience with Salesforce Sales and Service Cloud and its underlying data model, standard objects, and functional capabilities.\nStrong proficiency with Salesforce Flow (preferred over Process Builder/Workflow Rules).\nHands on work experience in Apex programming, Triggers, SOQL/SOSL, Lightning Web Components (LWC), and Aura Components.\nExperience in Integrations using Salesforce APIs to integrate with other systems, including legacy system.\nExcellent analytical, problem-solving, and critical thinking skills to design scalable and efficient solutions.\nUnderstanding of Salesforce architecture patterns, governor limits, and security models.\nActively participates in design reviews, code reviews, and performance optimisation-implement best practices for Apex, LWC, and SOQL tuning.\nUnderstanding of agile development methods and tools like Jira.\nAbility to work independently while being an active collaborator with strong technical skills, excellent communication and a problem-solving mindset.\nComfortable with shifting priorities and managing multiple deliverables.\nStrong self-management skills and the ability to launch new initiatives to improve processes.\nNice to have:\nCertifications - Salesforce Platform Developer 1 is required.
