Our subject matter experts enable our partners to create, integrate, service and scale a world-class currency and payments offering.\nThis is a fantastic opportunity for a highly driven sales professional to join our successful sales team at our office in Paris. We are seeking hungry, sales-focused professionals with a passion in FX. You will be key in growing Corpay’s commercial presence and enhancing our portfolio by bringing in new business partners and revenues by successfully prospecting, selling and on-boarding new clients.\nThis is a fast-paced industry where you will be speaking to business owners and C-level executives to learn and fully understand their business and international payments needs, and ultimately, determine how our solutions can help them more efficiently and cost-effectively.\nHow We Work\nAs a Business Development Manager, you will be expected to work in a hybrid (3-4 office days) environment in Paris, France. Corpay will set you up for success by providing:\nAssigned workspace in our Paris office.\nCompany-issued equipment + remote access.\nFormal, hands-on training.\nRole Responsibilities\nThe responsibilities of the role will include:\nIdentifying business opportunities by sourcing prospects and evaluating their FX needs\nHarvesting sales channels within the sales region as per business strategy and target markets, which includes, but is not limited to: Business Networking, Exhibitions, Specific sponsorship events, Telephone solicitation etc.\nSelling Corpay solutions using a consultative approach and truly understanding client needs and presenting solutions based upon their needs, while fully explaining our value proposition and online product portfolio\nManaging client on boarding processes while maintaining an exemplary customer experience\nQualifications & Skills\nAn interest in foreign exchange, banking and finance\nProven Sales and analytical skills for successful business generation\nPrevious outbound business-to-business phone marketing or sales experience would be desirable\nAbility to navigate corporate structures to identify decision makers and the ability to build rapports\nExcellent verbal and written communication skills, plus strong interpersonal skills\nSelf-motivated and focused, combined with effective organisational and time management skills\nProfessional demeanour to prospective and current clients coupled with strong listening skills\nThe ability to work as a team player towards a specific sales goal\nAttention to detail, particularly with respect to client information and payment data\nStrong mathematical skills\nBenefits & Perks\nCompetitive salary with market leading commission structure\nTools and training for you to succeed\nCareer progression\nHealth insurance \nWork from home allowance whilst they are hybrid (58 Euros per month) \n25 days of annual leave plus 10 days of RTT leave (35 days total) \nPay Transparency\nThe salary range for this position is between 60-80,000 gross per year.
