This position falls under our Cross Border line of business. and can be located in London, UK.\nYou will support and strengthen our regulatory framework in the UK. This role is critical in ensuring compliance with FCA regulatory requirements, particularly as they apply to cross-border payments, foreign exchange (spot, forwards, options), client money handling, licensing obligations, and financial services conduct. You will bring regulatory expertise, strong interpretive capability, and experience translating regulatory obligations into operational controls within a fast-paced financial services environment.\nYou will report directly to the Deputy Head of Compliance and will regularly collaborate with the wider regulatory and compliance, credit, legal and front office teams.\nHow We Work\nAs a Senior regulatory Compliance Manager, Corpay will set you up for success by providing:\nAssigned workspace in our designated London Moorgate, UK office location\nCompany-issued equipment\nFormal, hands-on training\nRole Responsibilities\nYour responsibilities of the role will include:\nRegulatory Advisory & Interpretation\nActing as the subject matter expert on EMRs, PSRs and MiFID requirements.\nProviding technical regulatory advice to business, product, operations, and risk teams.\nInterpret new and evolving regulatory requirements and assess impact to the business.\nDrafting regulatory gap analyses and implementation plans.\nRegulatory Framework & Governance\nMaintaining and enhancing regulatory compliance frameworks.\nDeveloping and updating policies and procedures aligned with regulatory obligations.\nProduct & Change Advisory\nReviewing new product proposals.\nProviding input on licensing perimeter issues.\nAssess conduct, disclosure, and client classification implications.\nSupport regulatory impact assessments for system and process changes.\nRegulatory Engagement\nSupporting interactions with FCA including regulatory queries, thematic reviews, and onsite inspections.\nAssist in preparing regulatory submissions and breach notifications (where applicable).\nMonitor enforcement trends and industry developments.\nMonitoring & Assurance\nEnhancing compliance monitoring programs.\nSupporting second-line reviews and thematic testing.\nIdentify control weaknesses and recommend remediation actions.\nSkills, Qualifications & Experience\n3+ years of regulatory compliance experience within:Cross-border payments\nFX / derivatives\nFintech or non-bank financial institutions\nBanks with international payments exposure\n\nWorking knowledge of:Electronic Money Regulations 2011\nMiFID II\nFCA handbook:CASS\nCOBs\n\nDemonstrated experience translating regulatory obligations into operational frameworks.\nExperience engaging with regulators or responding to regulatory reviews.\nStrong policy drafting and regulatory writing skills.\nAbility to operate independently in a senior advisory capacity.\nDesirable:\nTechnical FX Derivatives knowledge/ ability to analyse a portfolio\nExperience across both MiFID & payments.\nLegal, risk, or audit background.\nProfessional qualifications (e.g., CISI).\nKey Competencies:\nStrong regulatory interpretation and analytical capability.\nCommercially pragmatic with sound risk judgment.\nExcellent written and verbal communication.\nHigh attention to detail.\nAbility to influence stakeholders across business and technical teams.\nComfortable working in a growth-oriented, fast-moving environment.\nBenefits & Perks\n25 days’ annual leave plus 8 bank holidays \nOption to buy or sell up to 5 days of annual leave annually through the benefits enrolment window \nPension scheme with a minimum 3% employee contribution and up to 5% employer contribution from Corpay \nPrivate Medical Insurance through Vitality with no excess payable by employees; Corpay covers the standard £250 excess charge \nLife Insurance\nAccess to the Gratitudes benefits platform, offering flexible discounts, supermarket savings of 4-5%, and a range of exclusive employee offers \nFree access to LinkedIn Learning, with thousands of courses to support ongoing professional and personal development \n#LI-Corpay\n#LI-AM1\nAbout Corpay\nAbout Corpay\nCorpay is a global technology organization that is leading the future of commercial payments with a culture of innovation that drives us to constantly create new and better ways to pay.
