Corpay will set you up for success by providing:\nAssigned workspace in the Vancouver, BC office\nCompany-issued equipment\n• Formal, hands-on training\nWhat you'll be doing\nThe responsibilities of the role will include:\nContributing to and driving large-scale technical and architecture discussions.\n\nCollaborating with stakeholders such as development, security engineering, and compliance teams throughout the design, development, and operations lifecycle.\n\nProviding technical support to developers who are using platform services.\n\nDeveloping and maintaininginfrastructure code, producing a high standard of well-factored and tested code\n\nBuilding and managing CI/CD pipelines, constantly improve their reliability and speed, and reduce change lead time.\n\nImproving our container (EKS/ECS)- based infrastructure to respond to company needs and demands for platform agility, security, and development teams' enablement.\n\nImproving the team's development process, technical practices, and coding standards.\n\nDeveloping tools to enhance and support Developer Productivity.\n\nChampioning automation of manual processes and reduce operational overhead\n\nMaking code review suggestions, responding constructivelyand learning from feedback\n\nParticipating in the on-call rotation to provide after-hours support to critical infrastructure.\n\nQualifications & Skills\n7+ years' of industry experience where you have developed several significant feature sets and infrastructure automation projects from start to finish\n\nStrong hands-on experience with a cloud provider, ideally AWS\n\nRecent hands-on experience with EKS or Kubernetes for container orchestration, cluster management, and microservices deployment.\n\nRecent experience with GitOps using FluxCD. ArgoCD.\n\nRecent hands-on Experience with DevOps tools like VCS (GitHub, GitLab), Ansible, Artifactory, Synk, Infrastructure as Code (Terraform, Pulumi, Cloud Formation), etc.\n\nExperience building CICD pipelines and with at least one programming language to deliver a production backend service\n\nStrong fundamentals in Networking, infrastructure, Linux and Windows.\n\nLife-long learner and self-starter, including the ability to quickly become productive in an unfamiliar technology or codebase.\n\nStrong communication, interpersonal and collaboration skills, with experience working in cross-functional teams.\n\nA keen interest and proven experience in improving team standards and process.\n\nMentoring experience in your area of expertise\n\nThis salary range is provided for locations which require such disclosure.
