This is a sales-oriented, front-line role at the heart of the student journey. You will be the first point of contact for prospective students and their families, managing the university's main enquiry channels, qualifying and nurturing leads, and guiding enquiries towards concrete next steps, campus visits, consultations, applications, and registration.\nSuccess in this role means fast, professional responses, structured follow-up, accurate CRM records, and seamless handovers to our school-based enrolment advisors.\nKey Responsibilities\nEnquiry Handling & Response\nRespond to inbound calls, WhatsApp messages, emails, missed calls, and general enquiries promptly and professionally, within agreed response-time standards.\nManage the university's main enquiry channels using approved sales talk-tracks and templates.\nLead Qualification & Application Support\nQualify prospective students based on intent, urgency, decision-maker involvement, and readiness to progress.\nNurture qualified leads, provide document guidance, run structured follow-ups, and support progression to paid applications.\nEngage and warm leads for the School of Communication & Creative Industries, and support leads and applicants for the School of Management.\nEvent Support & Attendance Generation\nInvite prospective students to open days, campus visits, webinars, and faculty sessions; confirm attendance and conduct post-event follow-up.\nCapture event leads and convert interest into campus visits, consultations, or applications.\nRegistration Conversion Support\nSupport accepted and paid students through to registration via payment reminders, missing-document follow-up, and student-account guidance.\nCross-School Support & CRM Accuracy\nProvide support across schools during peak periods, urgent cases, events, and staff absences.\nMaintain accurate, up-to-date CRM records, including notes, pipeline stages, next actions, follow-up dates, and assigned tasks.\nWhat We Are Looking For\nEssential\nBachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Communications, or a related field (or equivalent experience).\nMinimum 1-2 years' experience in sales, customer service, call centre, admissions, or a similar customer-facing role, ideally in education.\nExcellent verbal and written communication skills in English; Arabic is an advantage.\nStrong organisational skills with the ability to manage high volumes of enquiries and follow-ups accurately.\nA results-driven, target-oriented mindset with a genuine commitment to helping students make informed decisions.\nProficiency in MS Office and confidence in learning new systems.\nDesirable\nExperience using a CRM or student pipeline management system.\nFamiliarity with UAE higher education admissions processes and requirements.\nExperience supporting recruitment events, open days, or webinars.\nWhat We Offer\nCompetitive monthly salary\nHealth Medical and Life insurance, \nGenerous Annual leave\nComprehensive onboarding and systems training\nThe opportunity to be part of a dynamic, multicultural university community\nClear development pathways within the Student Recruitment function\nAbout Canadian University Dubai\nEstablished in 2006, CUD is one of the most promising universities in the Middle East, Africa, and South Asia region, QS ranked in the top 2% of universities worldwide, number 1 in Dubai, and 21st in the Arab Region according to the QS Arab Region Rankings 2025.\nOur expanded City Walk campus hosts state of the art amenities with a focus on entrepreneurship, innovation, and creativity.
