This role is designed as a\nlong-term talent pipeline, with the opportunity to transition into a\nfull-time position based on the incumbent’s performance, commitment, and\ncultural fit.\nWe are a lean\ncompetition law team composed of some of the best talent in the industry, with\nan open-door culture that encourages direct communication and easy access to\nleadership.\nWork Responsibilities\nConduct legal research oncompetition/antitrust laws, regulations, and case precedents\n\nAssist in preparing the firstcut/initial draft of legal documents including regulatory communication,\nstatement of objection, writ petitions, replies etc.\n\nAssist in preparing notes, briefs, andpresentations on ongoing matters\n\nSupport the team in merger controlfilings, cartel investigations, and abuse of dominance cases\n\nTrack regulatory developments andenforcement trends in competition law\n\nAssist in drafting articles, thoughtleadership pieces, and client updates\n\nWork closely with team members on livematters and internal knowledge management\n\nRequirements\nEligibility Criteria\nFinal-year law students (5-year or3-year LL.B. program) or a recent graduate (2025) wanting to move to Antitrust\npractice.\n\nStrong academic background with ademonstrated interest in Competition Law\n\nPrior internship experience incompetition law / antitrust practice is preferred\n\nCandidates with published articles,research papers, or blogs in this domain will be given preference\n\nDesired Skills &\nAttributes\nStrong research and analytical skills\nExcellent written and verbalcommunication\n\nAttention to detail and ability tomanage timelines\n\nProactive attitude and willingness tolearn\n\nClear intent to build a long-termcareer in
