ability, understands technology and business\nprocesses, communicates clearly, and enjoys solving business problems through\nstructured thinking and data-driven analysis.\nKEY RESPONSIBILITIES\n* Understand business\nobjectives, processes, challenges, and requirements.\n* Gather, analyze,\ndocument, and validate business requirements from stakeholders.\n* Conduct stakeholder\ndiscussions and requirement-gathering sessions.\n* Translate business\nrequirements into clear Business Requirement Documents (BRDs), Functional\nRequirement Documents (FRDs), user stories, use cases, and acceptance criteria.\n* Work closely with\ndevelopers, QA engineers, product teams, and business stakeholders throughout\nthe project lifecycle.\n* Analyze existing\nbusiness processes and identify gaps, inefficiencies, and opportunities for\nimprovement.\n* Create process\nflows, wireframes, user journeys, and functional specifications where required.\n* Assist development\nteams in clarifying functional requirements and resolving requirement-related\nissues.\n* Coordinate with QA\nteams to ensure that developed solutions meet business requirements.\n* Support User\nAcceptance Testing (UAT), including test scenarios, validation, and defect\nclarification.\n* Perform data\nanalysis to identify trends, patterns, inconsistencies, and business insights.\n* Prepare reports,\ndashboards, presentations, and requirement documentation for stakeholders.\n* Track requirements,\nchanges, dependencies, and project deliverables.\n* Identify risks,\ndependencies, and potential requirement gaps at an early stage.\n* Participate in\nAgile/Scrum ceremonies such as sprint planning, daily stand-ups, sprint\nreviews, and retrospectives.\n* Continuously improve\nbusiness processes and contribute to technology-driven business solutions.\nRequirements\nREQUIRED SKILLS\nBusiness Analysis Skills\n* Strong requirement\ngathering and documentation skills.\n* Good understanding\nof SDLC and software development processes.\n* Understanding of\nAgile/Scrum methodologies.\n* Ability to convert\nbusiness requirements into functional requirements and user stories.\n* Knowledge of process\nmapping and workflow analysis.\n* Understanding of UAT\nand software testing processes.\n* Strong\nproblem-solving and analytical thinking.\n* Ability to identify\nbusiness problems and recommend practical solutions.\nTechnical Skills\n* Strong working knowledge of MS Excel.\n* Experience with Excel formulas, Pivot Tables,\nsorting, filtering, lookups, and data analysis.\n* Basic to intermediate SQL knowledge.\n* Understanding of databases and relational data\nconcepts.\n* Familiarity with Jira, Confluence, Azure DevOps,\nor similar tools.\n* Basic understanding of APIs and web applications.\n* Basic understanding of software architecture and\ndevelopment processes.\n* Familiarity with Figma, Balsamiq, or similar\nwireframing/prototyping tools is an advantage.\n* Knowledge of Power BI, Tableau, or similar data\nvisualization tools is a plus.\nSoft Skills\n* Excellent verbal and written communication.\n* Strong stakeholder-management skills.\n* Ability to ask the right questions and identify\nthe actual business problem.\n* Strong documentation and presentation skills.\n* Excellent attention to detail.\n* Ability to manage multiple requirements and\npriorities.\n* Collaborative and team-oriented approach.\n* Ability to work independently with minimal\nsupervision.\n* Flexible and adaptable to changing business\nrequirements.\n* Strong ownership and accountability.\n* Good organizational and time-management skills.\nEDUCATION\n* Bachelor's degree in\nComputer Science, Information Technology, Business Administration, Engineering,\nor a related field.\nEXPERIENCE\n1-2 years of relevant\nexperience as a Business Analyst, IT Business Analyst, Product Analyst,\nFunctional Analyst, or similar role.\nCandidates with\nexceptional analytical and technical skills may also
