The ideal candidate should have strong experience in developing, maintaining, and enhancing web applications using the .NET / ASP.NET framework, along with a good understanding of databases, APIs, and software development practices.\nThe role will involve working on client-facing projects, understanding business requirements, developing scalable solutions, troubleshooting issues, and collaborating with internal teams to deliver high-quality applications.\nKey Responsibilities\nDesign, develop, test, and maintain web applications using ASP.NET / .NET.\n\nDevelop and maintain applications using C#, ASP.NET Core, MVC, Web API, and related technologies.\n\nBuild and integrate RESTful APIs and third-party services.\n\nWork with relational databases such as MS SQL Server and write efficient SQL queries, stored procedures, and database operations.\n\nTranslate business and functional requirements into technical solutions.\n\nDebug, troubleshoot, and resolve application issues and performance-related problems.\n\nDevelop clean, maintainable, reusable, and scalable code.\n\nCollaborate with UI/UX designers, frontend developers, project managers, and other stakeholders.\n\nParticipate in code reviews and follow established coding and development standards.\n\nPerform unit testing and support application testing and deployment.\n\nWork on application enhancements, maintenance, and new feature development.\n\nUnderstand client requirements and contribute to timely delivery of projects.\n\nMaintain technical documentation wherever required.\n\nStay updated with emerging technologies and best practices in the .NET ecosystem.\n\nRequirements\nRequired Skills & Qualifications\nBachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, or a related field.\n\n2-4 years of relevant experience in ASP.NET / .NET development.\n\nStrong proficiency in C# and ASP.NET / ASP.NET Core.\n\nGood knowledge of MVC architecture and Web API.\n\nStrong understanding of HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and basic frontend development concepts.\n\nHands-on experience with MS SQL Server and relational database concepts.\n\nGood understanding of REST APIs, JSON, HTTP, and API integration.\n\nExperience with Git or other version-control systems.\n\nGood understanding of object-oriented programming and software development principles.\n\nStrong debugging and problem-solving abilities.\n\nGood to Have\nExperience with .NET 6/7/8 or later versions.\n\nKnowledge of Entity Framework / Entity Framework Core.\n\nFamiliarity with Angular, React, or other modern frontend frameworks.\n\nExposure to Azure or other cloud platforms.\n\nUnderstanding of CI/CD and deployment processes.\n\nExperience working on client-facing software
