We're looking for a hands-on Systems Administrator to keep our people, offices and systems running. You'll own day-to-day IT, work directly with our technology vendors, and help roll out the tools our teams use to move freight. Reports to the Director of Technology.\nWhat you'll do\nOwn the help desk: triage, troubleshoot and close tickets for on-site and remote users\nOnboard and offboard employees, including same-day access removal when someone leaves\nAdminister Microsoft 365, Entra ID and Intune: accounts, licenses, devices and security policies\nSupport Azure resources, including certificate renewals, VPN and app service restarts\nSupport TruckMate users (remote desktop, VPN, printing) and escalate to our TMS vendor when needed\nBe the day-to-day contact for our managed service provider and other technology vendors\nManage software licenses and seats, and remove what we don't use\nMaintain the RingCentral phone system and Brivo building access\nSet up workstations, conference rooms and equipment, and help with branch office moves and setups\nKeep our system inventory current: what we run, who owns it, and who supports it\nHelp test and roll out new systems\nWrite down how things are done so the next person isn't starting from zero\nMust have\nA degree in IT or a related field, or equivalent hands-on experience (internships and help desk work count)\nWorking knowledge of Windows, Microsoft 365, networking basics and VPN\nEager to learn and comfortable owning a problem until it's fixed\nClear writing and a habit of documenting your work\nNice to have\nEntra ID (Azure AD), Intune or Azure experience\nExperience working with outside vendors\nExperience in logistics or with a TMS\nCompTIA A+, Network+, or a Microsoft 365 certification\nLocation and travel\nOn-site in Jacksonville, FL. Occasional travel for branch setups.
