This role is pivotal in helping deliver a broad range of digital initiatives across the organisation. Reporting to the Corporate Systems Manager, you will work closely with Programme and Project Managers across a diverse portfolio, ensuring plans, reporting, governance activities, and financial information are well managed and on track. \n\nYou will be responsible for coordinating meetings, workshops, and governance processes while maintaining key programme documentation, tracking actions, and helping teams meet critical milestones. You will also work alongside internal stakeholders and external vendors to ensure projects progress smoothly and deliver expected outcomes. \n\nWhat makes this role exciting? You have strong written communication skills and can produce clear, concise documentation, reports, presentations, and meeting minutes. You are a practical problem-solver who takes initiative, builds positive working relationships, and is always looking for ways to improve how things are done. You are also comfortable working with financial information and take pride in maintaining accurate reporting. \n\nNgā pūkenga me ngā wheako | Skills and experience \n\nDemonstrated programme coordination experience, with strong organisational skills. \n\nExcellent written and verbal communication, including minute-taking. \n\nProficient in Microsoft Office Suite, MS Project and Visio. \n\nKnowledge of project methodologies (e.g. PRINCE2) and Azure DevOps. \n\nStrong attention to detail and experience maintaining accurate records. \n\nWe recognise AI can be a useful tool when preparing your application.
