Are you excited about designing engaging and effective online learning experiences to help professionals develop skills in data and AI? The Learning Designer will play an important role in supporting the design and development of enterprise training programs for learners at all levels from individual contributors to executives, helping them make data-driven decisions, tell compelling data stories, and optimize their work using generative AI. You will leverage your expertise in education and design to create content and activities that are evidence-based, learner-centered, and results-driven. \nA day in the life \nDevelop slides and instructor guides for live online training programs focusing on data and AI.\nCustomize curriculum by updating examples and case studies based on client needs. \nDesign interactive exercises and activities to engage learners and promote hands-on practices.\nCreate workbooks for assignments and guidelines for learners to complete a successful capstone project.\nAssess what went well across programs and develop reusable learning assets that can be easily adapted for different client needs.\nReview learning materials developed by subject matter experts and offer feedback to improve the learning experience.\nIterate on the lessons based on instructor and learner feedback.\nEnsure effective design, development, implementation, and feedback loops, considering different aspects of learning including assessment, delivery, and facilitation.\nDefine timelines, track progress, and deliver results in a fast-paced environment.\nStandardize workflows and templates across client programs while balancing flexibility to adapt to specific needs.\nAnalyze data to drive decisions, monitor program performance, and develop KPIs to measure efficiency and impact.\nManage resource allocation to meet competing deadlines and ensure the team delivers high-quality work on time and within budget.\nYour expertise \nBachelor’s Degree in Education, Design, Business, or a related field.\nExperience in designing courses for adult learners.\nComfortable with designing corporate training for data and AI topics.\nExperience in applying effective strategies to engage learners and help them achieve learning goals.\nSuperior written communication, copy editing, and proofreading skills.\nStrong project management skills and attention to detail.\nBiased for action; tenacious. \nCollaborative spirit, proactive in reaching out to people and keeping them in the loop. \nComfortable and excited to work in a dynamic, fast-paced environment.\nStrong project management skills, with experience developing and managing operational frameworks and processes that scale with growth.\nExperience with project management tools (e.g., Jira, MS Project, or similar).
