Our programs produce job-ready graduates who are prepared to contribute from day one.\nProgram Overview: Our partner is rolling out a new tool for planning and optimizing retail promotions across multiple global markets. Correlation One is building and delivering the training program that teaches teams how to use it.\nTarget audience: Employees involved in planning promotions - reviewing past promotions, building new ones, and (in more advanced markets) using analytics to optimize them. Audience experience level varies by market, from complete beginners to more advanced users.\nPrimary objective: Lead training sessions that walk learners through a realistic, hands-on promotional planning scenario, teaching the tool through the actual workflow rather than as a list of features. A core goal of the program is to establish consistent, harmonized promotional terminology and processes across markets, replacing the fragmented, market-specific approaches currently in use.\nProgram Specific Details (dates, times, etc): We still finalizing exact days and times, but anticipate these sessions to run in early Q1 of 2027.
