We want someone excited to own and build; adding creativity and personality to how we support our customers. \nWhat You’ll Do\nOwn and build trusted relationships with a portfolio of customers, including security, engineering, and technical stakeholders.\n\nLead onboarding and adoption, helping customers successfully implement Corridor and realize value quickly.\n\nMonitor customer health, identify risks early, and proactively address challenges.\n\nDrive ongoing engagement, renewals, and opportunities to deepen adoption and expand usage.\n\nPartner with Sales, Product, and Engineering to advocate for customer needs and solve problems.\n\nShare customer feedback and insights to help improve the product and overall customer experience.\n\nWho You Are\nYou’re a high-ownership, customer-focused operator who enjoys building relationships and solving problems.\n\nYou have experience managing B2B customers and driving adoption, retention, and growth.\n\nYou’re comfortable working with technical customers and can quickly learn complex products.\n\nYou’re proactive, organized, and comfortable managing multiple priorities.\n\nYou’re an excellent communicator who can build trust with both technical and executive stakeholders.\n\nYou enjoy working in a fast-moving environment and taking ownership of customer outcomes.\n\nQualifications\n3-6+ years in Customer Success, Account Management, Solutions, or another customer-facing role\n\nExperience managing B2B customers through onboarding, adoption, renewal, and expansion\n\nExperience with technical products, ideally cybersecurity, developer tools, infrastructure, or AI\n\nStrong relationship-building and problem-solving skills\n\nComfortable working in an early-stage environment\n\nEqual Opportunity\nCorridor is an equal opportunity employer.
