We care about solving the right problem and getting it into customers' hands.\n\nWhat We're Looking For\nYou're an experienced engineer who still wants to write a lot of code and build things yourself, rather than moving into a purely managerial role.\n\nStrong experience building and shipping production software, with particular depth in a range of languages eg. TypeScript, Node.js, React, Python, Go, Rust.\n\nStrong backend and distributed systems experience, with an understanding of how to build systems that are reliable and can scale.\n\nGood product instincts. You can take an ambiguous problem, work out what matters, and turn it into something useful.\n\nComfortable making technical decisions independently and working without a lot of process or direction.\n\nExperience with modern infrastructure such as AWS, Terraform, Docker, and ECS/Kubernetes.\n\nExperience building and putting AI systems into production, including LLMs, coding agents, reasoning models, prompting, fine-tuning, or evaluation.\n\nInterested in the intersection of AI, developer tooling, and security.\n\nStrong communicator who can work effectively with engineers, product, and customers.\n\nA track record of owning projects from initial idea through implementation, deployment, and iteration.\n\nWhy Corridor?\nHelp define one of the fastest-growing categories in software.
