This role offers excellent opportunities for professional growth and skill development in data analytics and business intelligence\nEssential Responsibilities\nData Analysis & Management\nCollect, validate, enter, and maintain large datasets from multiple sources while ensuring data accuracy and integrity.\nUtilize advanced Excel functions, AI-assisted analytics, and analytical techniques to identify trends, variances, and business opportunities.\nConduct data quality reviews and implement corrective actions when inconsistencies are identified.\nReporting & Business Intelligence\nDevelop, maintain, and automate recurring reports, dashboards, and key performance indicators (KPIs).\nTranslate complex data into clear and concise reporting for leadership and key stakeholders.\nCreate ad hoc analyses and presentations to support business initiatives and executive decision-making.\nPartner with business leaders to identify reporting needs and recommend meaningful metrics.\nCross-Functional Collaboration\nGather business requirements and translate them into analytical solutions.\nPresent findings and recommendations to stakeholders at varying organizational levels.\nSupport strategic initiatives through comprehensive data analysis and project participation.\nProcess Improvement\nIdentify opportunities to improve data management, reporting processes, and analytical methodologies.\nContribute to continuous improvement initiatives that enhance operational efficiency and business performance.\nSupport system enhancements, reporting automation, and process standardization efforts.\nRequired Qualifications\nBachelor's degree in Business Administration, Healthcare Administration, Finance, Data Analytics, Data Science, Economics, Statistics, or a related field; or equivalent combination of education and experience.\n2+ years of experience in data analysis, reporting, business intelligence, or a related field.\nAdvanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel, including:Pivot Tables\nXLOOKUP/VLOOKUP\nAdvanced formulas and functions\nData validation and data modeling\nPower Query and Power Pivot preferred\n\nFluent and comfortable using AI tools and applications (such as ChatGPT, Claude, or similar platforms) to enhance productivity, support analysis, and improve work quality.\nStrong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to interpret large, complex datasets.\nExcellent written, verbal, and presentation communication skills.\nDemonstrated ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines in a global, matrixed environment.\nStrong attention to detail and commitment to data accuracy.\nPreferred Qualifications\nExperience within healthcare, revenue cycle, or related healthcare environments.\nExperience with business intelligence and data visualization tools such as Power BI, Tableau, or similar platforms.\nKnowledge of SQL or other data querying tools preferred.\nKey Competencies\nAnalytical Thinking\nBusiness Acumen\nFinancial Analysis\nData Visualization\nAttention to Detail\nOrganizational Skills\nCustomer Focus\nEffective Communication\nAI Proficiency & Digital Adaptability\nPHYSICAL DEMANDS:\nNote: Reasonable accommodations may be made to enable individuals with disabilities to perform the essential functions as described.
