Specific tasks, responsibilities or competencies may be documented in the Team Member’s performance objectives as outlined by the Team Member’s immediate Leadership Team Member.\nJob Title: Executive - SOC Analyst\nRole: DLP Engineer\nExperience: 4-5 Years\nLocation: Chennai\nEmployment Type: Full-Time\nJob Description\nWe are looking for a Microsoft Purview DLP Engineer with 4-5 years of hands-on experience in implementing and managing Data Loss Prevention (DLP) and Information Protection solutions. The ideal candidate should have strong expertise in Microsoft Purview and exposure to similar DLP tools.\nKey Responsibilities\nImplement and manage Microsoft Purview DLP policies across Exchange, SharePoint, OneDrive, Teams, and Endpoints.\n\nConfigure and maintain sensitivity labels, data classification, and auto-labeling policies.\n\nMonitor and investigate DLP alerts and incidents; perform remediation and tuning.\n\nIntegrate Purview with Defender for Cloud Apps, Defender for Endpoint, and SIEM tools.\n\nSupport compliance initiatives (GDPR, ISO 27001, HIPAA, etc.).\n\nProvide L2/L3 support and collaborate with SOC, IT, and compliance teams.\n\nMaintain documentation and support audits.\n\nRequired Skills\n4-5 years of experience in DLP / Information Protection\n\nStrong hands-on experience with Microsoft Purview DLP\n\nExperience with Microsoft 365 Security & Compliance\n\nWorking knowledge of CASB and Endpoint DLP\n\nPowerShell scripting (basic to intermediate)\n\nPreferred Certifications\nMicrosoft SC-400 - Information Protection Administrator\n\nSC-200 / AZ-500 (Good to have)\n\nGood to Have\nExperience with Symantec, McAfee, Forcepoint, Digital Guardian DLP\n\nSIEM integration experience (Sentinel, Splunk, Exabeam)\n\nPHYSICAL DEMANDS:\nNote: Reasonable accommodations may be made to enable individuals with disabilities to perform the essential functions as described.
