Specific tasks, responsibilities or competencies may be documented in the Team Member’s performance objectives as outlined by the Team Member’s immediate Leadership Team Member.\nOversee end-to-end SOC operations, including real-time monitoring, incident triage, and escalation.\nLead network security strategy and governance including firewalls, intrusion detection/prevention systems (IDS/IPS), and VPN infrastructure.\nManage and mentor a 24x7 cyber defense team, ensuring effective shift coverage and performance.\nDrive threat intelligence integration and lead response to advanced persistent threats.\nConduct regular audits, vulnerability assessments, and penetration tests.\nEnsure compliance with relevant cybersecurity regulations and frameworks (e.g., ISO 27001, NIST, HIPAA).\nCollaborate with IT, Risk, and Compliance teams for coordinated risk mitigation.\nRequirements:\n8+ years in cybersecurity, with 3+ years in a leadership role.\nExperience running or managing a 24x7 SOC.\nStrong expertise in SIEM tools, threat detection, and mitigation strategies.\nRelevant certifications: CISSP, CISM, CEH, or equivalent.\nExcellent leadership and communication skills.\nPHYSICAL DEMANDS:\nNote: Reasonable accommodations may be made to enable individuals with disabilities to perform the essential functions as described.
