Specific tasks, responsibilities or competencies may be documented in the Team Member’s performance objectives as outlined by the Team Member’s immediate Leadership Team Member.\nJOB SUMMARY:\nThe QA Automation Engineer is a key member of the Product Development team that brings a keen focus on quality and user experience, problem solving skills, and automation expertise into every aspect of our software development and delivery process. They identify and define process improvements, perform product testing, continuously improve quality, and ensure software testing best practices are used.\nPRINCIPAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:\nDevelop test strategies for new system functionality.\n\nIntroduce and support use of automation tools and frameworks as needed for successful delivery.\n\nCollaborate with Product Management and Engineering teams, in an Agile/SCRUM environment, to develop a comprehensive set of tests.\n\nImplement automated tests for both functional testing (new functionality) and regression testing (existing functionality).\n\nAssist with manual and exploratory testing as needed for successful delivery.\n\nAnalyze failed tests, produce reports, and manage defects using the defect tracking tool.\n\nDiagnose failures and gather comprehensive information to assist in defect resolution.\n\nAlign conduct with the Company’s Code of Ethics and Business Conduct and support the Company’s Ethics and Compliance Program.\n\nComply with all internal policies and procedures.\n\nActively participate in Company provided training and education.\n\nEnsure individual compliance with all privacy and security rules and regulations and commit to the protection of all Company confidential information, including but not limited to, Personal Health Information.\n\nMINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS AND REQUIREMENTS:\nMinimum 5 years of software testing experience with focus on automation, in a web-based, cloud-hosted enterprise application.\n\nDeep hands-on experience using modern test automation tools and frameworks for web-based application and RESTful APIs.\n\nGood practical knowledge of a programming or scripting language (TypeScript/JavaScript, Python, C#).\n\nFamiliar with SQL scripting, preferably in a Microsoft SQL Server environment.\n\nExcellent communication skills, both written and verbal.\n\nEducation: Bachelor of Science degree in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, MIS or related field.\n\nSelenium with C# is required\n\nDESIRED QUALIFICATIONS:\nBackground in the medical or pharmaceutical fields is a plus\n\nKnowledge of medical coding (CPT, ICD-10, HCC) is a great plus\n\nExperience with AI-powered testing tools and frameworks\n\nPrior experience in healthcare IT\n\nKnowledge of cloud computing (Windows Azure, Amazon Web Services, etc.)\n\nKnowledge of DevSecOps tools and pipelines\n\nPHYSICAL DEMANDS:\nNote: Reasonable accommodations may be made to enable individuals with disabilities to perform the essential functions as described.
