Electronics Engineer Position Summary, Responsibilities and Expectations: Provide electrical design items and own decision making to deliver our next generation of products to timely launch schedules, according to product- and marketing requirements Provide creative solutions for simple- to complex engineering and schedule items Collaborate extensively with mechanical engineers, product managers, designers, manufacturing and other internal- or external (suppliers) group to ensure successful development and launch of new products Maintain regular and consistent communication across teams and reporting of project status, risks, and change control as required Lead and manage issue troubleshooting and resolution for the electrical portion component programs Prioritize deliverables, tasks, and issues; manage change requests against scheduling and resource constraints Support DVT, OOBE, and Regulatory team efforts during the product development cycle Provide inputs for the electrical portion of component program development budget and schedule Proactively assist with cost reduction programs Proactively assist in EE portion of product testing and validation Create/Review/Approve EE CAD, B
