Position Summary, Responsibilities and Expectations: Design, extend and support Oracle Application. Apply knowledge of business/functional requirements and systems technology to effectively develop solutions and support Oracle applications across the enterprise. Identify gaps, design, and deploy process and technology solutions to support the operational requirements and/or strategic initiatives. Develop technical specifications, assist with configuration of applications, develop extensions, integrations, reports and workflows. Translate business/functional requirements into technology solutions. Clearly define and communicate targeted technical solutions via technical design specifications. Lead iterative solution design and prototyping efforts. Create system and end-user documentation to support new system implementation, incident management and enhancement implementation. Transfer knowledge to other team members as required. Develop and test software components which are part of the Oracle E-Business Suite and other custom systems. Effectively present technical concepts and issues to both technical and functional team members. Work closely with peers and user groups to ensure on
