The key to our success lies in our high-quality products, outstanding customer service and operations team, who ensure that Corston customers receive a positive, engaging experience every step of the way.\n Role Overview\nOur Customer Service Advisor works within our UK Customer Experience Team. You will be approachable and organised, with previous experience in a technical customer service environment, where you’ll have developed a flair for establishing rapport with customers.\nWorking within a vibrant and friendly team, you deal with inbound and outbound calls and emails, creating and maintaining customer records over the phone/email, processing orders and dealing with technical queries supported by our product technical team.\nKey Responsibilities\nProvide excellent customer service via telephone, email and written correspondence and deal with a high volume of telephone and email enquiries daily.\nEngage with customers in a friendly and professional manner while actively listening to their queries, questions and concerns.\nThe ability and be open to learn is very important - ideally you will have previous experience within Technical Customer Service, however training and support is provided\nWork alongside the Trade Sales Team to support, qualify and process Trade Customer enquiries and applications.\nProvide assistance to customers, including explanation of procedures and policies\nRemain up to date on existing and new products, services and policies.\nCollect and report customer feedback to ensure that best practice is recognised and maintained\nImplement and process our returns and refunds procedure to ensure maximum customer satisfaction\nGeneral administrative tasks including following up customer quotations and replacement orders\n\nSkills, Knowledge and Expertise\nPreferred 1yr experience working in a customer service role particularly in a technical support environment.
