We are now ready for the next phase of the build.\nFollowing this, there is an excellent opportunity for long-term employment assisting with a major new build development, including:\nConstruction of a large warehouse\nA training block with 10 en-suite bedrooms\nA large car park\nAdditional office spaces\nKey Responsibilities\nCarry out a wide range of groundworks activities on a major construction project.\nAssist with site preparation, excavation, drainage, foundations, and groundwork installations.\nOperate dumper machinery safely and efficiently where required.\nSupport the construction of new warehouse, office, training, and infrastructure developments.\nWork closely with site managers and the wider construction team to ensure projects remain on schedule.\nFollow all health & safety procedures and maintain a safe working environment.\nUndertake manual labour duties and general site tasks as required.\nEnsure work is completed to a high standard of quality and accuracy.\nMaintain site cleanliness and organisation throughout the project.\nAttend site consistently and contribute positively as a reliable member of the team.\nSkills, Knowledge and Expertise\nExperienced Groundwork and proven experience of large projects\nExperience of driving dumpers\nMust have CSCS card and CIS Card\nAbility to commit to 5 days per week on site\nPhysically fit and capable of manual work\nReliable, punctual, and hardworking\nWillingness to work as part of a team\nBenefits\nCompetitive pay of £20-£22 per hour depending on experience\nImmediate start\nLong-term work for the right candidates\nOpportunity to be involved in a large-scale development project\nInterviews held to ensure we build the best possible team\n\nCandidates will be interviewed to ensure suitability.
