We don't need someone to simply maintain campaigns. We're looking for somebody who's curious, commercially minded and enjoys figuring out what's working, what isn't, and where the next opportunity is.\nYou'll have ownership, influence and the chance to make a genuine impact within a fast-growing business.\nWhat you'll be doing\nStrategy & Planning\nHelp shape paid media strategy across Google, Meta, Pinterest and other relevant platforms. \nTranslate business goals into channel plans that drive growth. \nIdentify opportunities to scale performance across markets and campaigns. \nBuild and maintain a clear optimisation and testing roadmap. \nCampaign Management\nManage and optimise campaigns across multiple platforms. \nMonitor performance and make informed decisions around budget allocation and investment. \nSpot opportunities and issues quickly, taking action where needed. \nEnsure tracking and reporting are accurate across GA4, GTM and platform reporting tools. \nAnalysis & Performance\nGo beyond headline metrics to understand what's driving performance. \nTurn data into clear recommendations and actions. \nLead testing across audiences, creative, bidding strategies, landing pages and campaign structure. \nRegularly share insights with key stakeholders across the business. \nSupporting the Team\nSupport and develop junior members of the paid media team. \nShare knowledge and best practice. \nAct as a key point of contact for paid media within the business. \nWhat we're looking for\nEssential\n4+ years' experience managing paid media campaigns, either in-house or agency side. \nStrong hands-on experience across Google Ads, Meta Ads Manager and Pinterest Ads Manager. \nExperience building and optimising campaigns that deliver against commercial goals. \nStrong analytical skills and a genuine interest in performance marketing. \nExperience mentoring or supporting other team members. \nConfidence communicating insights and recommendations to stakeholders. \n Nice to have\nExperience with Microsoft Advertising. \nExperience managing campaigns across international markets. \nE-commerce experience. \nExperience with Shopping campaigns and product feeds. \nSalary & Benefits\n£40,000 - £45,000 per annum\nCompany bonus (discretionary)\nAnnual salary review and pay increase (discretionary)\nPension scheme\n4x Death in Service cover\nOn-site gym\nBeautiful Wiltshire head office and working environment\nGenerous employee discount\nRegular company events\nAdditional benefits and perks available to all employees\nWhy Corston?\nWe're building a brand with big ambitions, but we're still at a stage where individuals can have a real influence on where we go next.\nYou'll be joining a talented marketing team, working closely with our Senior Paid Media Lead, and helping shape the future of paid media within the business.
